We offer free delivery within the M25
As much as we possibly can, unless noted on product description, we try and offer a 24/48 hour delivery time on a lot of our products within the London area. If this is not possible you will be immediately informed.
Rather than simply delivering items to your doorstep, our team assemble and place items in their desired location – even if you aren’t at the premises.
We also offer a key collection service. Simply provide us with the details of a nominated key-holder within the local area and we will take care of everything else.
The service that we offer varies slightly based on the type and size of order. Delivery lead-times and service charges may apply depending on location
Prior to the day of delivery, we will provide a 2-3 hour delivery window to allow you to better plan your day around our service. We will also call you 30-60 minutes prior to delivery for final confirmation – for this reason, we ask that you provide the contact details of someone who will be present at the delivery location when placing your order.
For orders placed online, our team will call to advise you of when we expect to be able to deliver your item and the delivery charge – if there is one.
Due to the nature of package orders, which may require the sourcing of a number of items, and the type of installation that is required by orders of this type, we are unable to offer next-day delivery for orders of packages.
We may be unable to provide some items on the following working day, however as a general rule, orders of items from these replenishment lines are usually delivered within 7-10 days.
Our ability to provide next-day delivery is subject to orders being placed before 4pm. Orders that are placed online cannot be confirmed for next-day delivery until processing is complete, and stock availability has been checked.
Upon delivery all items will be placed in designated rooms, unpacked, and placed where desired. As standard, all packaging is removed for onward recycling and responsible disposal.
Refrigerators and Freezers cannot be tested by our team as they must be left to settle for up to 24 hours before they can be switched on. We are unable to connect or test gas appliances, as by law these require installation by an accredited Gas Safe engineer.
We can remove items of old furniture on a like-for-like basis for a nominal charge of £10-£30 per item, depending on size, weight etc. (Please mention this when placing your order). Refrigerators and Freezers contain a number of potentially harmful and environmentally damaging substances, and by law must be recycled in a specific manner – due to this we require notice in advance where we are expected to remove these items, and charge £50 per item for their removal.
Please take the time to read the delivery information carefully. We reserve the right to charge £50 for failed deliveries caused by customer error.
